Mary Pandya's Recipes

Dipak and I like to entertain, and many people have asked me for my recipes. It is entirely possible that these people were only being polite, but just in case, the recipes are now available to everyone!

The recipes have come from a variety of sources. Most of the Indian recipes are pieced together from watching my mother-in-law. Italian recipes are things that I have played around with and found working recipes for. The Scotch recipes are from my mother's cookbook. In all of the categories, there are recipes from family and from magazines like Family Circle or AllRecipes.com (a website first introduced to me by a former co-worker).

I've tried to write all the recipes to be easily understood and simple to follow. If you have any questions, corrections, or suggestions, please, contact me at mary@maryanddipak.com.
